When Ben and and Sophie Williams were furloughed from their hospitality and fashion design roles during the Covid-19 pandemic, they decided to go into business together.

From their home kitchen in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, they started making BBQ sauce and selling it to friends and family who very quickly fell in love with the product.
Word about the sauce got out and before long Ben and Sophie decided to pair it with a small menu on Just Eat, which is where the business really took off.
Before long there was so much demand for the incredible food that Ben and Sophie were making, they quickly outgrew their tiny home kitchen.
Deciding to take the plunge, they opened their first kitchen in Gloucester and the rest, as they say, is history.
After the business continued to grow, Ben and Sophie decided to look to the future, deciding to open a second kitchen within the county
Settling on Stroud, Gloucestershire, they opened their second kitchen in the town and have been serving the people of Stroud ever since.
